Rotary Foundation District Grants

The Grants Sub-Committee of our District’s Rotary Foundation Committee met and reviewed twenty-six (26) Rotary Foundation District Grant applications submitted by sixteen (16) Clubs of our District.  Those applications which were approved will be included in the District’s Rotary Foundation District Grant Application which will be soon submitted to the Rotary Foundation.  Grant approvals are subject to all grant conditions being met.  The following grants are approved, subject to being reduced 3.4% as described in the last paragraph of the attached letter. Because the Rotary Foundation District Grant Applications approved by the Committee had a final approved value around $1,400.00 greater than the maximum sum of money available to us, the Committee opted to eliminate the overage by reducing each of the approved grants by 3.4 percent.   Thus, a grant approved for $2,500.00 would receive $2,415.00, and a grant approved for $1,000.00 would receive $966.00, and so forth.
