Welcome to the new monthly "Team WooWoo" Inside Scoop District Bulletin. I am so humbled and honored to serve this year as your Rotary District 6380 Governor or as I like to say, your new CEO "Chief Encouragement Officer". For the past year, your incoming District Leadership Support Team and I have been working non-stop on setting goals and initiatives as well as doing a little change up in order to prepare our District and all Clubs for success in this new Rotary year. Below are a few exciting early successes and achievements I'd like to draw to your attention.
This year my hope is that, together, we Engage, Excite and most importantly HAVE FUN - WooWoo!
Some of our Training Successes and Accomplishments leading into July:
District 6380 absorbed the PETS (President Elect Training) attendance cost for all club's incoming President Elects
District 6380 waived District club dues from July 2021 through December 2021
PE's received training on the Rotary Online Basic Tools in My Rotary and ClubRunner
PE's established and entered 2021-2022 Club Goals and 2021-2022 Club Leaders
Most clubs now integrate their ClubRunner data with Rotary International (My Rotary)
Assistant Governors and incoming District Leaders were all trained on Rotary Basic Online Tools and Website + Public Image Tools
District 6380 Facebook Group followers increased from 955 to over 1,025+
Some of our Achievements and Initiatives launching in July:
The monthly District Bulletin makes its return
The new HUB6380District Support Group for club assistance begins
New Rotary District 6380 Charitable Organization(501c3)is being formed
Assistant Governors will begin a new Social Media campaign to raise awareness among District Clubs, Members and beyond
All clubs should expect to receive Club Banners and DistrictBrochures that will assist with their marketing efforts

Foundation Highlights
Increased awareness and donations for The Rotary Foundation through seminars, club communication and the Foundation Gala
Increased PolioPlus awareness and donations (this was the largest single year since 2012) through club events and district presentations
Our District, Clubs and Members rallied and united in giving to Ukraine humanitarian efforts through the use of District Designated Funds, individual and Club donations to RI Disaster Response Fund, Shelter Box and also through personal donations directly to Ukraine Rotary Clubs
The Each One Bring One campaign begins this month. Help us celebrate your new members by posting them on social media and reporting them to your AG and the District Membership committee
