Young Innovator Award at Rotary UN day

Our daughter Christina will be one of 6 Young Innovators from around the globe to receive the young innovator award at this years Rotary at UN day in Nairobi, Kenya.

Her husband Hyder, infant son Harris and my husband and I are off to Nairobi for this special even on November 10. Christina with her husband  were awarded the “Top 40 under 40 “ award from the city of Calgary.

Christina started her journey with rotary District  6380 (Rotary Club of Chatham Sunrise) as a 16 year old going on a rotary exchange to Erfurt Germany 2006/07.  

She is a poster child for how Rotary can change lives.
