One way your DISTRICT 6380 PEACE COMMITTEE achieves its goals is by Promoting the Proliferation of Peace Poles. Incoming Rotary International President Stephanie Urchick will be urging every club to plant a peace pole. Let us support your Club, Interact or Rotaract Club, or Community by helping fund a peace pole in your area.

Livingston Sunrise’s Peace Pole Dedication

In 2023 we began tracking peace pole locations, and hope to include those in Canada as well as in District 6400.

One of our members asked “Why peace poles?” Ruth DuFresne answered, “If you look at the state the world is in, it's easy to feel hopeless and alone. But if I walked into a park and saw a peace pole, I would find fellowship there and it would give me hope.”
