District Grants are better than ever for 2019.
There are some significant changes we want to tell you about.

First, eligibility for a district grant no longer is tied to an individual club’s giving to The Rotary Foundation. Sure, we still want and thank you for supporting The Rotary Foundation, which is the lifeblood of our organization, we just no longer are tying it to our District Grant Program.

The second major change is the deadline for applying for a District Grant and, more importantly, when the funds will be available to each club. All applications will need to be submitted by May 15, 2019, which should make the funds available very early in the 2019-2020 Rotary year. Some pre-planning is necessary, but the good news is clubs will have the entire Rotary year to undertake an eligible project.

More information on the grant process will be provided at Pre-Pets, Pets and the District Assembly.
